In June 2025, Ketchum House will celebrate six years of stewardship, and as I reflect on the journey so far, I truly believe this year will have the greatest impact yet. What began as a vision for a sustainable lifestyle center has blossomed into a living, breathing community, and the energy that flows through Ketchum House continues to evolve in beautiful, unexpected ways.

One of the most exciting new developments is the launch of guided meditation at Onthe9 Mono. These sessions are much more than just a calming experience; they are a rhythmic, storytelling journey that connects the stories of Ketchum House to the larger cosmic narrative of the 9 Stories. The narratives of the 7 and the 4 have already been created, while the remaining stories patiently await their turn. Each meditation session adds to the rich tapestry of Ketchum, allowing us to tap into the deeper energies of the land and the universe that surrounds us.

The Ketchum Community has also seen an uplifting surge. The positive energy that flows through this space has attracted good people with a shared sense of purpose, and it has been nothing short of inspiring to watch this collective vision grow. Together, we’re building something that’s more than just a space—it's a living community rooted in authenticity, collaboration, and transformation.
A key part of this transformation has been our deepening commitment to good, authentic food. With the guidance of Chef Mark Anthony at Onthe9 Mono, we’re taking a hands-on approach to food creation. Mark’s approach is not just about preparing meals—it’s about crafting fresh, healthy dishes and imparting the knowledge on how to create vibrant, flavorful meals that nourish both body and spirit. The fusion of Ketchum House and Onthe9 Mono has become clear, and we can see the ripple effects in the food culture, as we continue to foster a connection to the land and its bounty.

Looking ahead, the vision for The Village in Nipissing and Onthe9 Wolfe Bay has become even more expansive. Onthe9 Wolfe Bay, while still in its early stages, is poised to follow the path laid by Ketchum and Onthe9 Mono but on a much larger scale. The ideas and values that have shaped Ketchum House are starting to extend far beyond its boundaries, and I can see a future where these spaces are interconnected, creating a larger network of sustainable, purposeful living.

Lastly, I’m excited to share our new website, which has been redesigned to better reflect our core beliefs and the services we offer at Ketchum House. It's a reflection of the growth we've experienced and a tool to connect with those who resonate with our vision. We invite you to visit the site, explore what’s new, and perhaps even consider joining us in this beautiful journey.
Here’s to another year of growth, transformation, and purposeful living. Thank you for being a part of this journey, and I look forward to what the future holds as we continue to build something meaningful and lasting at Ketchum House.
Feel free to visit our website or stop by and experience the energy of Ketchum for yourself.
